Design Details

Karissa Bartee (owner) is an Allied Member of ASID and has worked actively in the Interior Design field for the past nine years. For the past six years she has worked in Hawaii for a Residential Resort Builder for various communities and sales offices throughout the island chain.  She has worked closely with clients and specified interior finishes for multiple resort communities, including the award winning multi-family community consisting of 270 homes on Oahu and the 2006 BIA Parade of Homes multi-family division winner on Kauai. Being able to be apart of the Extreme Make Over Hawaii project was one of the most rewarding and memorable projects thus far in Karissa’s career. In late 2007, she decided to start her own Interior design company, Design Details, LLC.

Eco-Design

It is our responsibility as Interior Designers to be mindful of the size of the footprint we will leave on the earth during our time here. We strive to use as many eco-friendly and ‘green’ design materials as possible, and always look for new ways to help in the fight for a cleaner environment.

Between the new requirements on qualifying for home loans and the elevated housing inventory levels, selling your property has become more difficult.
